2. Guest register and retention

To maintain the statutory guest register, we collect each guest's name, address, contact details, arrival date and departure date. For foreign guests without an address in Japan, we also collect nationality and passport number. The guest register is retained for three years as required by law, then securely deleted or disposed of unless continued retention is required by law or for legitimate operational reasons.

3. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand website usage and improve our website and services. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect pages viewed, device and browser information, approximate location, booking-funnel progress, booking request IDs and booking values. We do not send names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers or passport numbers to Google Analytics.
