A booking made on this website is a booking request at the time you submit it. Your card is not charged at that point.
We check availability and charge your registered card once the booking is confirmed. We send the confirmation by email. If the room is not available, you are charged nothing.
Card details are held by our payment processor, Stripe, and are never stored by us.
Bookings made through online travel agencies, travel agents or special plans follow the payment terms of that channel.

If you cancel or change a confirmed booking, we charge the following percentage of the basic accommodation charge, as set out in Schedule 2 of our accommodation terms.

| 8 or more days before | Free | 20% |
・The basic accommodation charge includes meals and service charge. It does not include the bathing tax.
・If you reduce the number of guests, the same rates apply to the reduction.
・To cancel, contact us on LINE, by phone (+81-90-7150-9163), or by replying to your confirmation email.
・These charges may not apply in the case of natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances. Please contact us.
